my book!

This is the final results for my book. I had a hard time finding a theme for my project so at first it was suppose to be panoramas that I liked then I thought that I should add other photos that I liked in my book as well. It took a long time for me to go out and take the pictures and edit them through photoshop. I was going to add some text in it but I thought it would hinder from the pictures.

  1. The title of your book is so simple and hilarious! I like the straightforward and lighthearted vibe of the title; it sets a good tone for the rest of the book. I enjoyed your spread with the Oceanside Pier at night and the way the lights pop against the night sky. The next picture has such a vibrant green color that draws me in. I can imagine the green field in a dream like scene if someone died and woke up in an ideal world! One of your strongest images would have to be the Lake Hodges picture. The clouds are in a formation as if they are the rays of the sun and I like the line of the sunlight reflecting on the water. Good job on your book! I can't wait to see it in person!

  2. Your book has some stunning photos; I like your perspective and scale. I like your vanishing point and angle in the hall with the pillars. Your landscape, though completely different, also has a great 3D space, there is a lot of depth in most of your photos, even the small scale ones. I like your photography a lot, and I'm fond of the full page bleeds and spreads, but I wonder if this is the most appropriate course for a pure photography book.
